Wilep Travel offers cheap flight tickets, visa consulting, hotel bookings, and tour packages to any destination in the world.

Yes, we provide both domestic and international flight services. Please let us know your travel plans to help us find your preferred flight.

Unfortunately, you cannot hold the booking unless you pay. You must pay immediately to confirm your ticket booking online.

We do not mail hard copy receipts. We will email/whatsapp you your booking details and confirmation. Alternatively, you can come to our office for a hard copy of your purchase, and we will deliver the hard copy to you.

For flight ticket refunds and cancellations please email us at info@wilep.com. Cancellation and refund policies differ from airline to airline. For cancellation, Wilep Travel will charge you based on the airline’s policy. We fully follow the airline’s refund policy. Airlines have the absolute right to change the refund policy at any time; Wilep Travel has no control over the policies of the airlines.

Please email us at info@wilep.com to change the flight ticket date. As per the policies of individual airlines, the date change process varies. Suppose the airline allows changing the flight date. In that case, we charge an airline date change fee and the difference between the fare of your revised flight date from the previously purchased flight fare and a service fee of BDT.500 per person for any international air tickets and BDT.500 per person for domestic air tickets. Bangladesh, Airlines has the absolute right to change the airline’s refund policy at any time; Wilep Air has no control over the policies of the airlines.

We immediately deposit the refund to our bank. Our partner banks may take up to 15 working days to complete the process from the date of submission of the refund request. Also, some banks may take up to 10-12 banking weeks or even the next billing cycle.

Refund Procedure: Wilep Travel will automatically refund the amount as received. As per the payment method, refund process will be same. However, the customer will have to pay service charges or cashout charges for any refund claim through MFS (Mobile Financial Services) like Bikash, Nagad, Rocket etc. The amount of charge is as per the terms and conditions of MFS.

We can arrange wheelchairs if we are informed in advance. However, costs vary from airport to airport. When you confirm the request, we will contact the relevant staff for a specific price.

For date reissue/change of date of ticket of a child who crosses the age of majority, you will have to bear the additional cost of total care. In addition, fare difference and date change fees from the current ticket and any convenience fees will be applicable as per the airline’s policy.

In case of fare increase, the customer will have to pay the difference in the price of the ticket booked. Alternatively, you will receive a refund.

For flight booking, users must provide the following documents:

  • Copy of valid passport
  • Visa and other necessary documents.

Note: We do not share copies of your visa and passport with anyone, and we delete them when the work is no longer required.
